No-Churn Strawberry Ice Cream

An easy no-churn strawberry ice cream.
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (15 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (I used frozen)
  1. In a food processor, pulse strawberries until they are roughly chopped and set aside. (Or if you are using fresh strawberries, chop by hand.)
  2. In a mixer, whip heavy whipping cream and vanilla until you have firm peaks.
  3. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and chopped strawberries.
  4. Pour mixture into a loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze overnight until firm before scooping.
