A Day Off

I decided not to blog today. I thought, I’m going to take the entire three-day weekend off, spend it outdoors with Jason and thoroughly enjoy myself. Well, turns out I just couldn’t stay away! Saturday we visited Descanso Gardens where I snapped this photo of Jason admiring the canopy of trees. It was a pretty spectacular view and I couldn’t resist sharing it with you. Did you get a chance to step outdoors this weekend? What did you do?

That’s a beautiful photo Leah. We celebrated Thanksgiving here in Canada this weekend and so I stuffed myself silly with delicious food and spent some time with family. It was lovely!

I love Descanso. The first time I went there was to see a Bird and the Bee show. It was such a lovely setting for the concert.
Sounds magical! I have never been to a concert at Descanso but I’m sure it would be lovely.
