Chambord is one of my favorite liqueurs, that and Crème de cassis, which makes perfect sense being that I am a lover of all things berry! When I found a recipe for red wine sangria that calls for a hearty cup of Chambord; my heart did a little leap. This sounds like the perfect drink served along side some spicy Spanish empanadas, or enjoyed on a sunny spring afternoon. Tapas, warm weather or not; I will be making this drink very soon!
