Happy Friday! Who says a cocktail has to be drinkable? Why not freeze it on a stick and have yourself a grown-up poptail? That’s what the folks over at Endless Simmer did with this recipe for Grapefruit & Strawberry Greyhounds, and with a weekend of warm weather in the forecast…I plan to join them. Yum! These are so pretty and I’m sure they taste delicious! Sadly, we have a cold, rainy weekend ahead, so I may just put these in cocktail form instead. Happy Friday!
