Happy weekend, friends! I have such a delicious cocktail recipe for you to try: Raspberry Rose Margaritas! As you all know I love a good margarita and after making this sorbet last week I thought…this would be the perfect base for frozen drinks.
It’s already packed with fruit, frozen, and almost creamy it’s so smooth. All you need is a splash of tequila, a few squeezes of fresh lime juice, and of course salt.
So, are sorbet margaritas already a thing? If not, they are now! The best part, you can always buy Carmela’s Raspberry Rose Sorbet if you don’t have the time to make it from scratch. That just means margaritas pronto!
- 2 scoops raspberry rose sorbet, generous
- 2 cups ice
- 4 oz silver tequila
- juice of 2 limes, or more to taste
- salt for the rim
- In a blender combine all ingredients (aside from the salt) and blend. Rim glasses with lime and salt and pour margaritas.
- Sip & enjoy!
