Roasted Jalapeno Blackberry Margarita

Yippee ki-yay it’s Friday and right about now a Roasted Jalapeno Blackberry Margarita sound mighty fine! I currently have a whole bunch of fresh jalapenos in my kitchen and was just wondering what to do with them when I discovered this recipe. As I am always a fan of spicy flavors, and a sucker for berries…this drink sure did strike my fancy. I might have to roast up a batch this weekend as I enjoy some sunshine and relaxation.
