Six Pence- A Pocket Full of Pie

It’s not every day that you meet a like-minded creative individual who happens to be a talented graphic designer, shares a love for baking and just so happens to own a gourmet pie company! I found this new friend in Carrie Hirsch, owner of Six Pence Pies the cutest local pie company delivering homemade pies-in-a-jar using Carrie’s Grandma’s classic recipes.
I’ll be the first to admit that I am crazy for freshly baked pie. When Carrie mentioned that her pies can be frozen and heated right in the oven anytime a pie craving strikes, I about went through the roof! Dangerous? Quite possibly!
p.s. I highly recommend ordering Carrie’s classic Apple Pie…served a la mode of course!

I hear ya! Pie, pie, pie, I LOVE pie! And yes, anything that can come straight out of the freezer (mine is always well stocked haha) and taste delicious does it for me
