Wow! It looks so rich and chocolaty!
This looks seriously yummy! I made a chocolate sorbet earlier in the week and I am finding that it’s really hard to get it out of the tub once it’s been frozen. Yours looks so delicious in the scoops and I’m wondering how you did that or if I’m doing something wrong that’s staring me right in the face.
Hi Sam, it could be a consistency issue with the recipe you are using. I found that this recipe was harder to scoop than a store bought sorbet but still scoopable. If there is too much water in the recipe it will come out very icy. Also, I always run my ice cream scooper under hot water before scooping. Hope that helps! Try this recipe and see if it works better for you!
