Last Minute Sweet Treat
The witching hour is almost here boys and girls…do you have your costumes ready, pumpkins carved and sweet treats ready to eat? Tonight I will be dressed something like this and will be bringing a big bowl of this wickedly good pumpkin pie dip along to our family Halloween party. Still need to whip something up? Try this recipe; it’s as easy as…well pumpkin pie! Have a deliciously good night!

Pumpkin Pie Dip
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground clove
*Store bought Gingersnap cookies for dipping/
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Beat in the pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, and spices until well blended. Refrigerate if not serving right away. Serve in a bowl with gingersnaps for dipping. Enjoy!
