Last weekend, Jason and I started celebrating summer a little early with a barbeque and round of s’mores for dessert. Honestly, can you blame us? With Memorial Day weekend here at last, I’m sure we will be breaking out the marshmallows once again…it only seems fitting. But why limit your s’more making to just chocolate bars and marshmallows? This weekend try dressing up your s’more by adding caramel sauce, peanut butter, or even toasted coconut! S’mores never had it so good. Have a lovely long weekend and see you back here on Tuesday.
p.s. These are my favorite non-stick bbq skewers, perfect for making s’mores!
