Picture this…sweet apricots stuffed with mascarpone, topped with a blackberry, drizzled with honey, toasted until just bubbly, and sprinkled with chopped pistachios. The combination sounds delicious! I’ve not had sweet mascarpone stuffed apricots (how delicious Marie makes them look!) but I love all these things individually.

Sounds delicious and I love that wine barrel tray! Roasted stone fruit definitely makes for a simple and elegant dessert.
