Picture this…sweet apricots stuffed with mascarpone, topped with a blackberry, drizzled with honey, toasted until just bubbly, and sprinkled with chopped pistachios. If that doesn’t sound like the perfect sweet and simple, rustic dessert, than I don’t know what does! The combination sounds delicious! I’ve not had sweet mascarpone stuffed apricots (how delicious Marie makes them look!) but I love all these things individually.
