Picture this…sweet apricots stuffed with mascarpone, topped with a blackberry, drizzled with honey, toasted until just bubbly, and sprinkled with chopped pistachios. If that doesn’t sound like the perfect sweet and simple, rustic dessert, than I don’t know what does! Serve these sweet mascarpone stuffed apricots on this wine barrel serving tray and your guests will be in amore!

    The combination sounds delicious! I’ve not had sweet mascarpone stuffed apricots (how delicious Marie makes them look!) but I love all these things individually.

    Sounds delicious and I love that wine barrel tray! Roasted stone fruit definitely makes for a simple and elegant dessert.
