Everyone should have a couple of quick and tasty go-to recipes that are as good on a weeknight as they are for casual entertaining. Tilapia fish tacos with red cabbage slaw is not only easy to make, it happens to be my husband’s favorite dinner when served with a side of black beans. (They must be good; he requests them weekly!)     Totally my go-to meal when I’m in a rush, too. I’m always surprised just how quick and tasty they are!

    fish tacos are the best in the summer. i usually top them off with some pineapple salsa to them to add a little sweetness :)
