Yesterday I took a mini lunch break to whip up a quick Caprese salad and enjoy the sun on our back patio. The birds where chirping, the sun was warming, and the buzz of spring was definitely in the air. I know I’ll spend many more spring afternoons enjoying lunch outdoors. Making this grilled peach & arugula salad to serve on that chickadee platter is definitely on my spring time lunch list!
