Baby it’s cold outside! Are you feeling the winter spirit? With Christmas approaching, the crisp chill in the air, and multiple mugs of hot chocolate to keep me warm; I was inspired to make Cozy Winter Coasters to match!
By now you know that I am loving my new Canon PIXMA printer and have been crafting up a storm from Fall Foliage Garlands to Gilded Pear Place Cards for my Thanksgiving table. So it was easy enough to take a few of my photos and turn them into festive coasters to keep my mugs of hot cocoa company all winter long. Wouldn’t this set of Cozy Winter Coasters make a great hostess gift as well?
Here’s what you need to make these coasters:

4-5 Standard Tiles- I used white 4.25×4.25” tiles from The Home Depot
Outdoor Mod Podge
Hot glue gun & glue
Step 1: Download and print templates on photo paper. Cut out templates and set aside.
Step 2: Apply a coat of Mod Podge to your tile using a paintbrush.
Step 3: While Mod Podge is still wet adhere photo. Allow to dry partially.
Step 4: Paint over photo with a second coat of Mod Podge. Try to make this coat as smooth as possible. Allow to dry completely.
Step 5: Cut out felt squares the same size as your tiles. Using a hot glue gun add a generous amount of hot glue to the back of tiles and adhere a felt square.
Step 6: Enjoy your cozy coasters with a hot cup of hot chocolate & marshmallows.
