Happy Friday + Irish Coffee

Happy Friday! This may not be the most traditional of Irish drinks, but a warm cup of Irish Coffee is one of my favorite after dinner cocktails! Strange as this might sound, I experienced my first Irish coffee on a trip to Mexico, and have loved it ever since. This St. Patrick’s Day, pass on the green beer and cozy up with a mug of this instead. It’s sure to put you in the Irish spirit. Have a very happy St. Patrick’s Day!

I love my morning coffee, but I’d need to try the Irish coffee on my day off! I’m sure my boss wouldn’t appreciate me coming in buzzed on St. Patty’s Day!
