Happy Friday! While some of my Cocktail Friday drinks tend to be on the "frou-frou" side (not pointing any fingers), this week's drink is all man! Naturally if the cocktail is named after Ernest Hemingway, could it be anything but? Created during his time spent in Cuba, Ernest Hemingway was know for drinking these daiquiri's quite a bit...and with a whole lot more rum. Who knows, maybe I'll mix one up this weekend and write something spectacular! Or maybe I'll just watch Midnight in Paris instead. Are a romance flick and an ice cold cocktail too much for a girl to ask for on a Friday night? Now I have totally digressed. So, have you ever ordered a Hemingway Daiquiri?

I'm liking the sounds of this. A lot. I could use a little liquid inspiration too!
