Cocktail Fridays: Elderflower Champagne

2012 November 30
by Leah Bergman

Have you been following along with Cocktail Friday’s on my Facebook page? Each Friday I share a recipe for a seasonal cocktail that’s easy enough to make at home. While this week’s light and refreshing cocktail is not exactly wintery in nature, I couldn’t resisit sharing a use for the bottle of St. Germain that Santa will hopefully be slipping under my tree! Cheers!

I love collecting St. Germain cocktail recipes. The last time I was at a bar, the bartender had never used it, so I had to make something up on the fly. Just tonic and a healthy squeeze of lime worked for me.

Definitely going to be making this soon! P.S. Thanks for all the love on my instagram! It led me here, and I like what I see. Hoping the blog I started can one day evolve into something as lovely as yours! (I also as saw your Christmas list from December, and don’t worry… I started sending my requests out in October 🙂
