One of the hardest things I have ever experienced both physically and emotionally was pregnancy. There is nothing in this world like the gift of motherhood but the road to get there isn't always sunshine and roses for every Mom-to- be! So, when Teleflora offered to send a mother in my life an arrangement to celebrate Mother's Day I knew just who to send it to. My little sister is currently pregnant with her first baby girl due in July and in major need of a little celebrating.
She has already proven to be one tough mother during this pregnancy so I thought flowers were well deserved. After all, I believe you become a mother as soon as you feel that first little kick! At the very least pregnant ladies should be celebrated like Moms on Mother’s Day, because pregnancy is hard stuff y’all!
Like me, my sister has been pretty sick during her pregnancy so I wanted to brighten her day with a porch-full of bright and cheery flowers.
When I was pregnant I wasn’t up for visitors, but when a sweet friend of mine left a bag of goodies on my doorstep it was one of the most thoughtful gestures. I skipped the sweet treats for my sis and decorated her porch with a trail of silk flowers, pink balloons and of course a couple of bouquets from Teleflora.
