    Throwing a Red-Tea Party

Whether I’m working on a design project for a client or planning a tea party with girlfriends, I find inspiration in all sorts of places. Inspiration is Never Just One Thing and can come from something as small as a leaf or as large as a trip to the museum.

    REd-Tea-Party

A couple of weeks ago I threw a little tea party inspired by FUZE Strawberry Red Tea and FUZE Lemon Iced Tea.

    REd Tea Party

From the colors of the table scape to the menu itself, the mismatched china, and the tea soap favors, every detail was inspired by the unique flavors of FUZE.

    Red Tea Party

I wanted our little tea party to be romantic and whimsical with woodsy elements throughout the tablescape.

    Red Tea Party

I set the table casually with mismatched teacups and plates scattered around so that guests could mingle and snack as they sipped their tea.

    Red Tea Party

To keep with the tea party theme I offered iced FUZE as well as pots of hot red tea and black tea. The menu included prosciutto wrapped figs stuffed with Gorgonzola, cucumber tea sandwiches, Baked Brie with Roasted Strawberries and Black Tea Cake with Lemon Buttercream.

    REd Tea Party

It doesn’t take much to inspire an entire tablescape, menu, or even tea party! You should try it sometime. You’ll be surprised at just how much inspiration you find in everyday places.

Love it...there's something so sweet and special about a tea party. I am also so jealous of your gilded tea pot and tea cups!

What a lovely tea party! Could you do a 'giveaway' of sorts next time when you're holding something like this for your local readers to attend your events?
