Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries

Ingredients Needed For Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • Brussels Sprouts – fresh Brussels sprouts, cut in half lengthwise.
  • Cranberries – fresh cranberries, not frozen.
  • Brown Sugar – light brown sugar is what I use but dark would work as well.
  • Salt & Pepper – kosher salt and ground black pepper for simple seasoning.
  • Olive Oil – I never measure! Just drizzle until all of the sprouts are covered.
